In the past ten years recent studies and research with alternative treatments for shingles has shown it is possible to recover in less than one week and to reduce outbreaks of lesions and pain in three days.
Shingles is a serious health condition and it is important to follow your doctor’s recommendations. Traditionally, most doctors prescribe painkillers for the temporary symptomatic relief of the pain and an antiviral drug to suppress the virus. This form of treatment with drugs reduces the severity and frequency of outbreaks but does not eliminate it from the body. This course of treatment can take six weeks or more and does very little for the patient. The pain associated with shingles can continue long after the initial outbreak.
Some doctors prescribe steroids or itch-relieving creams that contain steroids. Recent studies question the effectiveness of steroids in relieving shingles and suggest avoiding any treatment with steroids. Monitoring by your doctor is recommended, if steroids have been prescribed. It is best to find alternative treatments with your doctor and to seek out natural remedies.
The virus herpes zoster causes shingles and is the same virus that causes chicken pox. Shingles is an infection of the central nervous system and may affect the elderly, those with a compromised immune system, anyone under severe stress or those who have been exposed to the chickenpox virus again. Symptoms may include burning, itching, or pain in one part of the body. A few days later, blisters and a rash appear. The infection may run along a nerve path and look like a branch of a tree. Shingles usually appear on the trunk area and the chest but can also be found on the face. Shingles can cause blindness if it affects the eyes. If an outbreak occurs on the face the patient should get immediate medical care.
Natural Remedies For Shingles
A good starting point for treating shingles is a diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables. A good diet and reducing daily stress will help boost your immune system
A simple remedy for lesions is to apply a cool or cold wet washcloth or towel to the affected area. A wet towel can be put into the freezer for a while after wetting it to make it colder.
Eliminate sugar from your diet and add these important nutrients to your daily diet - vitamin E, vitamin B12 and vitamin C.
* Vitamin C is suggested with an initial diagnosis of shingles. You may start with 1,000 mg. (+)
* Vitamin E taken daily before meals may reduce the pain of shingles (Study published in the Archives of Dermatology) (+)
* Vitamin B12 injections may reduce the pain of shingles (Study published in the Journal Geriatrics) (+)
(+) It is recommended that you consult with your doctor before starting any vitamin program.
* E capsules can be squeezed directly onto lesions.
* Avoid heat as well as tight clothes and itchy fabrics like wool.
* Calamine lotion may relieve the pain and help dry the lesions.
Shingles is a serious illness and before starting any treatment program you should consult with your doctor. Shingles is the same virus as chicken pox. You cannot catch shingles from someone else unless you've never had chicken pox. If you have shingles you should use caution being around pregnant women who have not had chicken pox - you could infect both the woman and her unborn baby.

Medical Care Is Just A Click Away

I no longer miss work to go to the doctor. I no longer wait hours sitting in a doctor's office just to see the doctor. In the past, after seeing the doctor, I now no longer have to wait at a pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled. I now get medical treatment and prescriptions without leaving the house. I get all of this and it's just a click away. Not only a click away, but its also legal.
Today's online pharmacies has made it very convenient for people who already know what their diagnosis is, and already know what medications work for them. Having said that, by no means am I recommending online pharmacies taking the place of your physician. What I am saying is a good reputable online pharmacy, with U. S. Physicians & Pharmacies, who prescribe FDA approved meds, is a great convenient, cheaper way to obtain medications for people who already know what meds they need. Also for people who don't have a regular physician at the time, but still need the care of a licensed physician.
Only use online pharmacies located in the U. S, with U. S. Physicians & U. S. Pharmacies. Only use online pharmacies that require medical records where you actually speak to the physician on the phone. At that time you can ask any questions you may have, and the physician can ask you any questions about your treatment and medications needed. After my consultation with the physician, I receive my prescriptions the next day, shipped overnight, with two refills (a 90 day supply).
In today's times where a lot of people like me who just don't have the time missing work to go to the doctor, a reputable online pharmacy is a wonderful, cheaper alternative. I am a pain management patient as well, so even people who suffer from chronic pain, with proper medical records, can obtain the proper pain medication needed to live a more productive and better quality of life.

How to Reduce Man Boobs ??
Man boobs are a common condition that many men have. I am going to share with you some ways that you can reduce man boobs effectively so that you can get on with your life and start enjoying things that you once did again.
The first things that I am going to share with you are some facts that you may not know about reducing man boobs. There are several common misunderstandings about man boobs that are not getting across to some people. Then I am going to share with you what options you have to reduce man boobs and get rid of them forever.
Okay, to start off with, a lot of men with man boobs think it is fat that they can exercise to get rid of. The fact is that when men develop man boobs, it is usually due to a more complex situation dealing with hormones. So, when your hormones get out of balance you start to gain more breast tissue that is not fat.
The hormones that I am talking about are estrogen and testosterone. When you have too much estrogen and not enough testosterone in your body you will start to form what we call man boobs. These are formed with the same tissue as a female breast, so they cannot be burned off with exercise like regular fat can.
Don't think that just because you have more estrogen than normal that you are less of a man. This is not the case. It is a medical condition that must be treated as so by an expert. Hormone imbalance is very common, so don't feel down.
Now, there are several options to reduce man boobs. The first, which is the most risky, is surgery. Surgery is known to solve the problem, but the risks are really high and a lot of men do not feel comfortable doing this, however, most think that it is the only option they have.
Some men even go as far as taking medication and going under the knife to solve the problem they have. In worst cases, this may be necessary, but not always.
Now, the third option, which is the best in my opinion, is to work with your body and treat your man boobs naturally. Natural treatment has no side effects, and there is no risk involved. I really do encourage you to give it a try to reduce man boobs.
Natural treatment is not proven to solve every man's condition with man boobs, but has worked wonders for lots and lots of men. It has been shown that if followed correctly, natural treatment can be really effective.

Ingrown Pubic Hair – Six Tips
Ingrown hairs are known as Psuedofolliculitis Barbae (PFB), razor bumps, razor burn, hair bumps, shaving bumps, ingrowns.
Psuedofolliculitis Barbae refers to hair which has been cut or broken off below the skin level which then begins to grow through surrounding tissue rather than out of the follicle.
In other cases, hair curls round and starts growing back into the skin causing irritation and inflammation.
If you shave the pubic area, you remove the tapered end of the hair and, as the hair grows back without that tapered end, the sharpness will literally cut the skin surrounding the hair follicle.
Use these simple precautions to minimize the discomfort from ingrown pubic hairs:
#1 :---For ingrown pubic hairs along the bikini line, hold a hot compress against ingrown spots for ten minutes three times a day to soften the skin and help the hairs work their way out.
#2 :--Wear loose-fitting underwear and clothing until the bumps are gone to avoid friction.
#3 :--Some find it helpful to exfoliate the area before waxing. This removes some of the dead skin cells in the top layer of skin cells that often contribute to trapping the hairs.
Exfoliating options include creams, lotions, or body gels, a slightly abrasive washcloth or glove specifically designed for exfoliation. Check at the beauty counter at your local department store.
#4 :--Do not exfoliate the skin if you already have ingrown pubic hairs as further skin irritation may result.
#5 :--When waxing, be sure to pull the hair out by the roots. Do not allow the hair to break below the skin surface.
#6 :--Use ingrown hair treatment. It prevents pubic ingrown hair and eliminates existing ingrown hair within days.
Additional note: For ingrown hairs which are deep, sterilize a pair of needle-nosed tweezers with rubbing alcohol and individually lift each ingrown hair out of its follicle. Wipe the area with alcohol afterwards and shave.
If needle-nosed tweezers are not available, wipe a pin or needle and the ingrown area with rubbing alcohol, then carefully release the hair in the direction that it grows using the tip of the needle only. After the hair is released, wipe the skin with alcohol again.
